If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you may return any items ordered within 7 (seven) working days to us for an exchange or refund (store credit). Subject to below terms and conditions.
If you prefer to have the item(s) cost price refunded to your bank account then an admin/restocking fee will be charged.
Returns Process
1. You are required to submit a refund request on the below form or e-mail us at support@rookiesports.co.za with your order number requesting the refund before returning the goods to us.
2. Safely package the item(s) and send it to:

Note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive it and therefore we do recommend you take out insurance.
Please provide us with the courier and tracking details. We do not collect returns, e.g. Post Office to counter or PostNet counter collections.
3. The item(s) received will be assessed within 2 (two) business days of receipt and you will be notified if the return is accepted.
4. Exchanges will be sent out within 2 (two) business days, store credit and EFT refunds will be processed within 3 (three) business days.
Returns Policy
- A 15% admin/restocking fee (we may waive the fee at our discretion) is applicable when requesting a refund to your bank account.
- Only undamaged, resaleable (sellable condition, including packaging and booklets), unused and complete goods will be accepted for return, note that we will only be able to confirm that the goods are acceptable after we have received the item(s).
- Our decision to accept or refuse (due to the item(s) being damaged, not in sellable condition, used or incomplete) the return is final. If refused, then you may arrange a courier to collect the item(s) from us within 14 working days, thereafter the goods will be disposed of.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded.
- We can arrange for the items to be collected from you. This will be at your cost (which will be deducted from the refundable amount). Please enquire should you prefer this method.
- Sale or clearance items may only be returned at our discretion.
- Store soiled (discounted) items may not be returned.
